We also collect technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and session cookies, to keep your account secure and to improve the service.

How we use information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the studio; to deliver scheduled emails and product updates; to process payments; and to respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the platform (for example, payment processors and email delivery services) and only when necessary.

AI processing

When you generate posts, your source material is sent to the AI provider you configure (or our default provider). We recommend reviewing that provider’s privacy policy to understand how they process inputs and outputs.

Storage and security

Your account data is stored in our database. Uploaded files are stored in the storage bucket configured for your workspace. We use encryption in transit and industry-standard access controls, but no system is completely secure.
